Stayed at the airport, enjoyed the views of the sea, and had a great time pretending to cook in the kitchen. Also, loved the convenient location near a stadium and a cathedral.

We had a fantastic time at this spacious, modernized apartment by the sea front in Nice. Daniel, our host, was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the wine and beach towels provided to the thoughtful touches like air conditioning and Netflix, everything was perfect. The location was great, with the new tramway right outside the apartment making it easy to explore the city. We felt right at home and can't wait to return in the future. Thank you, Daniel!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment by the sea front. Daniel, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect, right on the promenade by the beach. We loved being able to easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful view. Additionally, the apartment was in a lovely neighborhood that was not overrun with tourists, giving us a more authentic experience. Having the public train station right next to the apartment made it super easy for us to get around and explore the city. We also appreciated the fact that there was free parking available, which was very convenient. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and location right at the beach made our stay extremely enjoyable.

The views of the sea from the apartment were simply breathtaking. It felt like I had my very own personal movie screen, with the waves crashing and the sun setting in the background. Absolutely magical!

The only downside was the odor coming from the garbage area downstairs, which was a bit unpleasant.

Odd bed arrangement, with twin beds in the master bedroom overlooking the seafront. Bedding and towels were of cheap quality.
